What we collect.
When you use the forms on this website, we receive the name, email address and message you type in. We don’t collect anything else about you through the forms.

Why.
We use it only to reply to you, for example about joining the choir, concerts or tickets.

Who sees it.
The messages are sent to our choir email address and are read by people in the choir who deal with enquiries. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it.
We keep your message only for as long as we need it to answer you and deal with your enquiries.

Where it is stored.
This website is hosted by IONOS, and our choir email is held there too.

Your rights.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at the address above.
